2. New Customer - Medihelp Hospitals launch Channeling with Arogya

Medihelp Hospitals have come on board with Arogya Life Systems Lanka Private Limited to provide this novel experience to their customers. Recently, they revamped their entire Channeling operation with Arogya. The launch with Channeling is the First step of few more new Smart initiatives that Medihelp would be embarking in the future along with Arogya.

4. Queue Management System (QMS) at Singhe Hospital - Ratnapura
As a result of having Arogya Lightening Channeling module, the visitors of Singhe Hospital are now privileged to have the services of QMS which is designed with the purpose of reducing the queue inside hospitals as well as to reduce the waiting time for visitors coming in for Channeling.  It makes the internal operation also smooth since it helps to keep the crowd less during the peak hours.
